Case management in mental health refers to a multi-layered approach for providing support and services to individuals with mental health needs. Case management aims to ensure that individuals receive the appropriate care, resources, and support to maintain their mental well-being and improve their quality of life.
Family Treatment Program staff, along with the input of parent or guardian, assesses every referral to determine appropriate service and or needs of each student.
If criteria is not met for Family Treatment Program services, a community resource list is provided to the family.
