At McAllen ISD, the Career Technical Education unit provides:
Dual enrollment opportunities with post-secondary institutions
Thirty-two professional Licenses and Certifications student opportunities
Job shadowing and Wage Earning Internship opportunities
PREP – STC Employability Skills Certificate – Tenth Grade Course
Career and College Electronic System offered to all students K-12
Student participation opportunities regarding national student organizations - FTC, BPA, DECA, SKILLS USA, HOSA, FCCLA, and FFA.
