Spousal Surcharge - Effective 1/1/23, a $100 monthly surcharge will be applied for any spouse that is enrolled in any of the District's Medical Plans that has an offer of coverage through their own employer (regardless of whether they accepted the employer's coverage or not). The surcharge is in addition to the regular monthly cost of the applicable plan.
