Lucia Regalado is a proud product of McAllen ISD who owns and operates her own law practice in McAllen. Over the last decade, Lucia has focused her efforts in ensuring justice on both ends of the spectrum—currently as an Associate Municipal Court Judge for the City of Alton, a prosecutor in neighboring Willacy County, and as a private criminal defense attorney serving the accused throughout Hidalgo, Cameron and Starr Counties.
While her practice is primarily centered on criminal defense, Lucia has over a decade of mediation experience and has facilitated resolutions in countless disputes ranging from child custody, civil disputes, commercial disputes, divorce and personal injury disputes.
Lucia is passionate about and committed to the betterment of the Rio Grande Valley community. Beyond serving as your Trustee for Place 2, some of her current community commitments/service engagements include: City of McAllen Airport Board, Hidalgo County Criminal Law Committee, Junior League of McAllen and Leadership McAllen Steering Board.
