Emilian Sosa, a senior at McAllen ISD's Rowe High School, has earned the University of Texas Impact Scholarship worth $48,000. The award took place in May, 2024 at the Rowe campus. Sosa has a passion for non-profit projects and a talent for organization. He plans to study International Business. McAllen ISD prides itself on preparing students to go out into the world empowering and equipped to accomplish their dreams.
