Our 5th grade Falcons embarked on an educational field trip to Quinta Mazatlán. Nestled in the heart of McAllen, Texas, Quinta Mazatlán serves as a vibrant urban sanctuary that merges nature with learning opportunities.
Accompanied by their teachers and knowledgeable guides, the students delved into the wonders of nature, exploring the lush botanical gardens and observing an array of indigenous flora and fauna. Guided tours provided insights into the ecological importance of preserving local habitats, fostering a deeper appreciation for biodiversity and environmental stewardship. Our students participated in hands-on activities and interactive demonstrations, the students were in awe by the intricate workings of the ecosystem. We are grateful for the learning opportunity that inspired and empowered our Falcons to be environmental advocates in their own community.
