Have you seen Ms. Palacios and Mrs. Sanchez around Milam Elementary? They're our wonderful Assistant Principals, and they are like superheroes helping our school! They do so many important jobs, like helping our amazing teachers, making sure everyone feels safe and happy in the hallways and classrooms, and being there for any student who needs a friendly chat, a high-five, or a little extra support. They work super hard every single day, often doing things behind the scenes we don't even see, just to help everything run smoothly so we can all focus on learning, making friends, and having fun together here at Milam!
The difference Ms. Palacios and Mrs. Sanchez make for all of us kids and our families is truly special. They greet us with warm smiles, listen carefully when we need someone to talk to, and help us figure things out, whether it's a tricky problem or just needing some encouragement. They are a friendly face for our parents too, helping everyone feel connected and part of the big Milam family.
