Huge shoutout to our district-wide Culinary Arts @ProStartProgram team! This weekend, they traveled to Waco for the State Competition — the first-ever culinary team from McAllen ISD to compete at this level! 👨‍🍳👩‍🍳 We had two culinary teams and one mixology contestant proudly representing us — including 3 Rowe Warriors: Amanda Garza, Alyson Jackson and Javier Reyes Along with competition our students had an unforgettable experience meeting and networking with leaders from the Texas Restaurant Association, Cane’s, and Chuck E. Cheese and Peter Piper Pizza! 🍕🍗 We are so proud of their passion, professionalism, and Warrior pride! 💛💚
